Each certificate includes a SHA-256 cryptographic hash, a unique Certificate ID, and a UTC timestamp — generated automatically for every screenshot, on every plan. Anyone can verify a certificate at captureze.com/verify, permanently: verification does not expire and does not depend on the issuer still having an active subscription. Yes. The SHA-256 hash, UTC timestamp and capture metadata are authentic and independently verifiable, exactly as on a paid plan. The certificate PDF carries a faint EVALUATION watermark and the verification page notes that it was issued during an evaluation — that is commercial status, not evidentiary status. Upgrading removes both from your existing certificates automatically.

We capture pixel-perfect screenshots and compare each new capture with the previous one, highlighting every pixel that changed. Basic diff is on every plan; full visual diff, with the complete change map, is included from Pro.

We notify you through your chosen channel — email on any plan, Telegram from Starter, webhooks from Pro. The notification links to the before/after comparison with the differences highlighted.

Yes. You can configure authentication by providing login credentials or session cookies. Credentials are stored encrypted and the login runs before each capture.
